Job Description
Elite Maritime Group is currently recruiting an experienced Second Engineer for a modern Oil Tanker equipped with a MAN B&W ME main engine.
The successful candidate will support the Chief Engineer in the safe and efficient operation of all engine room machinery, planned maintenance, technical management, fuel efficiency and compliance with international maritime regulations and company procedures.
This position offers long-term employment, competitive working conditions and the opportunity to join a professional international fleet.
Requirements
- ✓ Second Engineer Unlimited Certificate of Competency
- ✓ Previous experience as Second Engineer on Oil Tankers
- ✓ Experience with MAN B&W ME main engines
- ✓ Valid STCW Certificates
- ✓ Valid Medical Certificate
- ✓ Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
- ✓ Strong technical and engine room management skills
- ✓ Knowledge of ISM, MARPOL and SOLAS requirements
- ✓ Good English communication skills
- ✓ Available to join in September 2026
