Job Description
Elite Maritime Group is currently recruiting an experienced Chief Engineer for a modern Oil Tanker equipped with a MAN B&W ME main engine.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all engine room machinery, maintenance planning, technical management, environmental compliance and supervision of the engineering department in accordance with international maritime regulations and company procedures.

Requirements
- ✓ Chief Engineer Unlimited Certificate of Competency
- ✓ Previous experience as Chief Engineer on Oil Tankers
- ✓ Experience with MAN B&W ME main engines
- ✓ Valid STCW Certificates
- ✓ Valid Medical Certificate
- ✓ Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
- ✓ Strong leadership and engine room management skills
- ✓ Knowledge of ISM, MARPOL and SOLAS requirements
- ✓ Good English communication skills
- ✓ Available to join in September 2026
